Hydro grains (or leca or clay pebbles) can play a huge role in your plant collection. You can use them to prevent overwatering or to release water! We also conveniently put them in a small 1.5 liter package. Great, right?!
The Leca is made of fired clay pebbles that absorb and retain water without becoming heavy or bulging. This means that the hydro pebbles not only water your plants when they need it, but can also prevent your plants from standing in excess water. This protects your plants from root rot and other problems that can arise from your over-watering.
Hydro grains are very easy to use. You only need to add the clay granules to the potting soil or at the bottom of the potting soil of your plants. In addition, they are reusable and you can use them again for other plants. Great, those hydro grains!
