The Begonia Masoniana is one of the many Begonia species originating from Asia. This plant family is super popular all over the world. In many climates the Begonia can survive both indoors and outdoors. This is because it lives between 15-25 degrees. Within the Belgian climate this is unfortunately not really possible.
The Masoniana is a fairly normal plant in care terms. It prefers a slightly moist soil. This corresponds to approximately 1x weekly watering. The location is best with a lot of indirect sunlight such as a window to the East or West.
Extra care tip: be careful with spraying and water on the leaves. Due to the unique leaves, water sometimes remains on the leaves. This can lead to rotten spots on the leaf.
