5. Problems
5.1 The plant doesn't look like the photo, what now?
Living plants and handmade ceramics will always vary in color, finish, texture, and size. We always do our utmost to depict all plants as accurately as possible. However, there may be some differences from what is depicted online.
5.2 My plant arrived damaged, where can I go?
Live plants are fragile. Unfortunately, the delivery process isn't always smooth sailing. We rarely make mistakes with our deliveries, and plants usually arrive in perfect condition. If not, we're happy to fix it! Whether it's a damaged plant or a broken pot.
Always check the packaging thoroughly when your package arrives. Is it damaged? Fill out our contact form (and be sure to include photos!) and we'll get back to you within two business days. This form ensures we have everything we need to help you as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that your plant is dead upon arrival, it will always be replaced.
5.3 The price of a plant has dropped after I bought it?
Did you purchase an item at full price and have a price adjustment made within three days of your purchase? You can contact us to get the difference refunded. Items originally purchased at a discount are not eligible for this refund.
5.4 My plant is not doing well, what should I do now?
Send us an email with when you purchased the plant, a photo of it, and its location. We'd also love to hear how you've cared for it, so we can give you concrete tips and steps to help you make the switch! We're also happy to help you via our Instagram!
5.5 My plant was delivered without a pot!
The plants are always sold without a pot, unless explicitly stated!
6. Other
6.1 Do I need to repot my plant upon arrival?
In short, no. The most important thing is to let your plant acclimatize to its new environment. Repotting is usually only necessary when the roots no longer have room in the pot. That often takes more than a year. So repotting isn't a concern for now. First: acclimatize!
6.2 Do you also have fake plants?
We have a lot, but no fake plants. However, that doesn't align with our belief that anyone can care for plants, as long as they're the right ones. Looking for an easy-to-grow plant? Take a look in our webshop. You're sure to find something there!
6.3 Is there a discount for large orders?
If you'd like to place a large order or request a quote, please feel free to contact us by email. We'll see what we can do for you.
6.4 Do you also have rare plants?
We don't always have rare plants in stock. However, we can supply almost any plant. Looking for a specific beauty? Send us an email, and we'll do our best to get it to you! This usually takes between 7 and 30 business days.
6.5 Can I place an order for plants that you don't have?
We can't make any promises, but we usually can. Please keep in mind that it may take more than a week for us to deliver it to you.
6.6 Do you also have outdoor plants?
We don't always have these in stock, but we can certainly deliver them to you. Just let us know the size and type of plant, and we'll make sure we get it right!
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Where can I find your refund policy?
You can find our refund policy here .
7.2 How does your refund policy work?
If you're entitled to a refund, we'll refund the amount to the account you used to pay. If you paid cash in-store, we'll ask for your account number. Cash refunds are never given.
7.3 How quickly will I be refunded?
As soon as possible. This usually takes between 3 and 20 business days. Still worried? Send us a message or email, and we'll be happy to give you an update!
7.4 I haven't received my refund yet, what now?
There are two options. You can wait (it can take up to 20 business days for your refund) or you can ask us for an update. You can do this by email or phone.
8. Packaging
8.1 How are plants packaged?
Plants are packed in reusable cardboard boxes as standard. Larger plants may arrive in a cardboard box or other protective packaging.
8.2 Do you also have gift packaging?
We can gift-wrap plants at no extra cost! Just let us know so your package looks nice. The gift wrapping is transparent plastic. So, if it's a surprise for under the Christmas tree, for example, you'll have to box it yourself. Don't do this too early, though, so your plant doesn't go without light for too long.
